Been in a few times now and in my opinion it's improving all the time! Service can still be slow but the staff are friendly and helpful. Hot chocolate with all the extras are a bit too expensive but the coffee is reasonably priced. Lots of car parking around this cafe but it's a bit confusing if you haven't been before!!

Excellent staff and customer service. Staff made my young daughters cafe experience special, with golden snowflake on her milk and  even ensuring we choose a good place to sit and enjoy.

I always find that costa coffee is well below the standard of a quality cup of coffee. The taste is poor and I found this shop to be lifeless and without any character. I simply stopped here due to the limited choice of coffee vendors near to the geroge best city airport. If you want good coffee in a nice venue I would not recomend this as a good stop off. Also the parking lot is poorly designed

Caramel mocha minus the caramel. Hot chocolate minus the chocolate. Dreadful.
