Clean place and helpful staff. It is a part of the Costa franchise. Its a nice place. I wish there were napkins more easily available, as I had to ask for them twice as I was with a small child who spilt things.

Nice costa staff are friendly. The only thing I've noticed is the atmosphere changes when the manageress is working she is on the staffs case all the time seems very picky

I've been to loads of costas and this has to be the worst one. It took 20 minutes for them to make a mocha latte. Unbelievable.

Oh dear, what on earth is Costa doing in Cranbrook? There are several proper Coffee Shops here already, with good fresh coffee, and homemade cakes, rather than tasteless though somehow still bitter Costa coffee and mass produced excuses for cakes. Dreadful.
