Would also avoid. Gave them an iPad to fix and after 10 days I called them to be told it was the next one to be looked at. Was given the same info the next day. Collected my iPad supposedly mended to find nothing had been done. Got a refund but will not be going back there again.

Would avoid this place for the following reasons. I gave them an iPhone to fix and waited about 14 working days total, every day when I called in they said they had nearly fixed it and that it would be ready by the following day...14 days passed total in the end and 2 weeks later they tell me we can not fix it it's too damaged...so after being lied to daily telling me they had nearly fixed my phone they returned the phone to me even more damaged than what it was in the first place...Avoid unless you want further promblems and spoken to rudely by arrogant staff!

I visited here a few times when I was younger; only to be met by clueless staff. None of my problems were fixed and they even charged me to get something (an iPod) that they couldn't fix back.

Every time I call with a problem, they have always fixed it efficiently. Very pleased with the service I have been provided with.

I would strongly advise all those with IT issues to look elsewhere. Considering the close proximately, I felt obliged to give Circus IT a go and fix my IPod screen, a job that is usually done within a day. Not at Circus IT however. Initially there were shipping issues. When the screens finally arrived, they were apparently faulty and so, a week later, my IPod still isn't fixed. I found myself constantly chasing them for an update but to no avail. Poor customer service, rude and ignorant staff, not to mention clueless. Avoid at all costs. In truth the one star was generous as I wasn't able to proceed without selecting something.
