Hotel probably good for airport but not near anything else. Reception and pool staff were great but if you want to eat at restaurant it can take you ages to order and then get your food. Don't order the burger, mine was very bland! I think they seem to cater more for people whose flights are delayed. Not a cheap hotel, chosen for the pool and steam/sauna facilities, but I don't think worth the cost.
Stayed here as a stop over after Legoland, as it's only 20 minutes away. Travelled with 2 kids 5 and 8 and my wife who uses a wheelchair. 3 disabled bays out the front, good access but probably not enough bays for a hotel this size. The staff were professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The interior is clean and spacious with plenty of disabled access except that there was a small step from the room to the bathroom. My wife is able to transfer, so it wasn't an issue. There are disabled access rooms available if required.The beds were comfy enough, but there were not enough pillows only 1 each. We could have asked for more, but we would have felt a bit awkward, as we had already requested some extra towels earlier because the shower went a bit crazy and sprayed all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and a little pancake machine that the kids loved. A bit disappointed that the pool was closed and there was no notification on their website, it was explained that they are having a sauna installed, which is nice. but overall a very positive experience and would stay again.
After having our British Airways flight to Johannesburg cancelled after sitting on the aircraft waiting to depart for almost 2 hours, they sent us to this hotel. The staff here were amazing, never getting flustered when 2 coach loads arrived to be checked in in the middle of the night. Would like to say a huge thank you to manager Tony and his staff. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful.
Great location and the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were massive, the bathrooms spotless and the TV was spot on! Great food, great service and the staff were king and welcoming.
Friendly welcome and staff really good throughout stay. Comfy clean bedroom with lovely bed! Breakfast average, included in price fine but I wouldn't pay extra for it. Great location for Legoland and Windsor and good value for money. Recommend the Indian restaurant in the hotel, great value and beautiful food!
