Nice hotel but starting to look a little tired. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I was surprised to find that I had to pay for parking and upon review it is on the booking site but not made very clear at all. I feel they have done thus to mislead potential customers. What I thought was a bargain stay turned out not to be. The funny thing is I could have upgraded my room and got free parking says the sign in the lift..... AFTER YOU PAY! Yeah thanks for telling me that at check in!

Pleasant stay! Our flight got delayed and the airline booked us for this hotel. It was a great stay in a clean hotel. Comfortable room and bed.

Would give 0 star if possible, the manager spoke to me in a very condescending way, as if I didn’t deserve to be there, he was very suspicious of me as my company had booked it for me and he was very very suspicious as if I wasn’t worthy, also he had a very arrogant way of explaining the bad receipt/invoice system, very confusing, also the heating wasn’t working and I called reception and was told someone will be sent up to my room and no one turned up! My company booked it for me again and I was spoken to and looked at the same way by a different member of staff, and then told they don’t have any rooms left, so I went opposite to Holiday Inn and I was treated well and the rooms were nicer, and staff was friendlier, you also don’t get charged £8 for parking at holiday Inn, and checking in took a few minutes only.

Comfortable room and good pool. Singapore restaurant was good, only alternative was dismal looking buffet. Good breakfast. All convenient distance from LegoLand.

Lovely big hotel room. Not luxury but practical. Good bed. No fridge in room. But everything else was there. My room had an old bathroom which was in need of a bit if a facelift but everything was working. Pool is very good. Bright with sunlight. Perfect for laps or for fun. Water level was not shallow nor deep. Water temperature just righr. Friendly helpful staff. Shopping in nearby Slough was rough, varied, cosmopolitan. Windsor is elegant & interesting Breakfast is extra. I didn't use the restaurant. I will go there again as the position & the pool are good for me.
