This library is a wonderful community resource, with activities and support on offer. The staff are friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. We often take our grandchildren here, there's plenty of activities on offer from storytime to building lego, jigsaws and colouring not forgetting the well stocked children's book section perfect for stimulating early interest in reading.
Great community hub, with a gift shop that also offers tea/coffee for voluntary donation. I take my grandchildren regularly. There is a fab children's section that includes toys as well as books- it's a great free option to occupy them when the weather is not great. Both grandsons signed up for library membership in the summer holidays. The staff including volunteers are very friendly and helpful.
Staff are busy but friendly, approachable and helpful. Very knowledgeable.nAppear to be equal oppurtunity venue.nnThere's a lot going on there, with BlueSci and the Nursery on sight, craft groups, meeting rooms.nnIts great to see some art and crafts for sale, and there's some art appearing around the place to make it more appealing.nThe couches and coffee machine are a great addition.
Really lovely area for babies and children. Can't rate it highly enough! My baby 9 months and I had a lovely time here today! He was able to crawl around, play and have access to numerous books. Am going to come here more often more so than our usual Sale Waterside library!.
The library is friendly staff and there are wellbeing staff to help with well-being.
