Good value, nice staff and lots of tables. Good for wheelchairs. Unique way of serving chips in bags and burgers in wrappers in a plate. Food is tasty and portions are generous. Highly recommend the chicken burger and Dirty bacon fries! Added guacamole and nacho cheese on side. Will come back
Good selection of beers and a nice variety of food available on the menu. Options for most dietary requirements were clearly visible but it did state on the menu to ask if you had questions. I was a little taken aback by the prices when I first look, as £8 for a toastie seemed a bit steep. However, it was BIG and came with a salad garnish, which was good. My non-meat burger was excellent and my wife enjoyed her salad. Staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Our meal was served quickly, the food was fresh and hot and the table was cleaned before and after we had eaten. The gents toilets were up a flight of narrow stairs. I didn't see a disabled toilet but I did not go looking for it. I would recommend it.
Bar staff friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. Will definitely visit again.
We hired the upstairs function room for a birthday party with 60 guests. We brought our own disco and danced the night away It worked really well and the food was lovely. The costs were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend the venue for your next event.
Really tasty food with fast and friendly service also clean and well furnished. Didn't catch his name, but one employee that gave me the TripAdvisor card was particularly friendly! Will visit again with Gran :
It's a lovely place, but overpriced for the quality of drinks on offer. £5 for a poorly kept and poorly poured pint of Guinness seems a bit rich. Perhaps better training for the staff would benefit the venue in the long run. People don't mind paying extra, as long as the quality of produce and service is there.
Recently visited Cheltenham for an overnight stay with my Wife. We visited Copa for the first time and was very pleased with every aspect of the Restaurant/ Bar. The meals were very good as we're the drinks. The staff were excellent. The food was served quickly and the waitress came by shortly after to check everything was fine. The lighting and choice of music playing created the perfect atmosphere for a great evening. Would definitely visit again and would not hesitate in recommending Copa.
Popped in for a drink and a bite to eat, served by Adam who was friendly and very helpful and made us feel welcomed. After ordering our food we sat and took in the ambiance, its a large pub in the centre of town ideally situated. We were served by Nicoletta who was also friendly and attentive. Will definitely be returning!
We were looking forward to lunch in Cheltenham but were sadly very disappointed with our meal.I went for the Steak & Ale Pie & my wife when for the Sausages and mash. Firstly, our veg was a very pale cabbage that looked insipid on our plate and appeared shredded. Didn’t look good alongside the pale mash. We mentioned this and the waitress offered to replace it with the same cabbage! & after we declined, we were offered a side salad! with Pie or Sausages!. Secondly, My wife’s sausages were awful being over cooked. They appeared to have been hanging around and then warmed up.certainly not speciality sausages! Mentioning this to the waitress, she could only apologise. Of course, she isn’t the chef, but said she would pass it on. I was disappointed that as a result of our comments, that we didn’t have someone from management to re-assure us. Sadly, we won’t be eating there again!
Fabulous place! Staff are brilliant nothing too much trouble especially Adam! Such good value for money! The pub was busy and very clean and also fresh flowers which is very rare! Definitely recommend and we will be back next time we visit
