Great hair colour from Francesco - possibly the best Ive ever had. One of the only hairdressers that I've met who actually listens to his clients.  Highly recommend.

I have been client for many years at Cool Creative. Juan is a great manager. He is excellent, most efficient and a possibilities magic maker. Paco and Diana most wonderful hairstylists.

Got a blow dry at the salon, which I was happy with. However a word of warning  - if you’re asked for a ‘hair treatment’, they omitted to tell me it would cost an additional 20 pounds, & found out when I went to pay. Would have liked more honesty & transparency!! Won’t be going there again.
