Great service - I put my Canon 5D Mark III in as I accidentally put a smudge on the mirror when changing a lens.  I was also going to get it serviced but the technician checked it and suggested that I didn't need one yet, he also replaced a small part on the eye piece free of charge which was nice.  All in all, great service.

"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" Contacted Colchester camera repairs to ask them if I could buy 2 small case screws for my 10 year old canon ixus . They said Canon no longer supported this camera and they did not have any spares, but they would take my name and address and when possible, they would check their scrap box. A few days later the screws arrived with a "with compliments slip".

They have looked after all my Canon Cameras (7d mkii, 1DX Mki, 1DXmkii and 5DSR) and I will not take them anywhere else for service and updates. Highly recommended.
