The most incompetent estate agent I have ever come across. Very untrustworthy, sale was agreed, a mortgage valuation was booked in, instead they show another buyer the property without notifying us, even though they promised they wouldn't. Craigs manager didnt even respond to our complaints. Overall I found Craig very argumentative and untrustworthy, always negative and was messed around as we did not go with his dearer mortgage broker. I could be all day ranting, but fundamentally avoid if you want a reliable estate agent!!!

Great people/staff, especially the ones me and my husband had dealings with Craig, Adam and Chris :) Friendly, helpful and efficient; just what we needed to buy our first property! Everything went so smoothly with no hassle and within 3 months we had our keys :), Wonderful and Thank you all once again x

Had dealings with these people last year trying to sell our house and dealt with a guy called Craig. We dismissed using them when this jumped up cecil became insulting to my Wife about our current living set up at home ! What an unprofessional, arrogant little man. We found the manager and rest of the staff at that branch just as bad too. Would never go near again and we would advice anyone else the same !! ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONAL DISGRACEFUL BUNCH !!!!
