We have dealt with many estate agents over the years as both buyers and sellers. Our experience with this one was by far the worst. I am not just saying this because our seller, who happened to be a Wilkinson Partnership employee, pulled out of the sale. The communication was appalling. I know estate agents tend to have a reputation for not telling the whole truth but there are certainly others who are more open and honest and keep buyers better informed. Strangely, in all the communications we received, including '42 emails and phone calls over a 2 month period' we were never made aware of issues and were even reviewing the property and discussing what was being left and/or sold to us by the buyer just one week before she pulled out.
The Wilkinson Partnership represented our seller on a house we purchased recently and were exceptional. Kevin was approachable, efficient and professional throughout and went above and beyond to chase and keep us informed through to completion. Highly recommended!
I worked with Lesley Kehoe – an excellent agent. She placed my property on the market in June 2022 and we completed in September 2022, at asking price. She is an excellent estate agent with a very personalised touch. Highly recommended!
In the marketing and sales process of our late parents property Kevin & his team achieved all the goals we set them with professionalism and empathy. Feedback from viewings was informative and regular and a sale was agreed within 2 weeks in some what challenging market conditions with the transaction being completed within eight weeks! I simply cannot recommend Neil Sippitt of Wilkinson Partnership enough. From start to finish of our purchase, I found him to be proactive, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our transaction was unfortunately blighted by various unavoidable issues but throughout it all Neil remained focused and determined. In fact, Neil was far more use than the estate agent dealing with the sale of our property and kept things moving forward when they would otherwise have stalled. He definitely went above and beyond. I am very pleased to be able to thank Wilkinson for selling our house. The property presented a complex sale requiring alternative approach to achieve best price. With their exceptional understanding of the local property market the options were fully explained leading to a highly professional marketing strategy. At no time were we rushed and were kept fully aware of progress at all stages. The fee we paid to Wilkinson were very good value and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering selling their home.
We completed on our house in September 2018 after our offer was accepted in November 2017. The sale was through sealed bids and we were notified on the date advertised. Despite it being a long wait as it was a probate, Will who we were dealing with kept us updated and was always at hand with any questions and arranging multiple viewings when we were getting quotes from the builders prior to completion. We can't recommend Wilkinson Estate Agents highly enough and Will was just fantastic and made the whole experience feel un-stressful
