This company is useless. I am trying to use them to find a tenant for my flat. Every time I speak to the guy he says he will get things done right away and let me know once it is completed, so we can move forward. He never has once. Every time I have to chase him up a day later, where if I'm lucky enough that he picks up the phone, he always has an excuse, and then promises to do it right away again.

As an example... I'm currently waiting for him to email me a list of things that need doing to the flat before it can be rented, and a quote of how much it will cost. When I spoke to him on Monday he said he would send it over in a couple of hours. I didn't get an email. So I tried chasing him up on Tuesday. He wouldn't answer my calls so I left him a message expressing my concern. He didn't call back so I sent him an email. No reply. I continued to chase him up on Wednesday with no joy. On Thursday I called at midday withholding my number. He answered and told me the email was sent on Tuesday and that he would re-send it right after he finished doing what he was doing and call me back to discuss it. Its now 5. No email, No call back, and no answer when I call him (even from a withheld number).

Every day he does nothing I am loosing money. Time to use someone else I think.
