My parents-in-law recently purchased a property through The Property Specialist. From the moment we met Jay we had a rapport with him. We found Jay to be polite, friendly, approachable and professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept on top of the whole move and was on the front foot at all times chasing up the solicitors without us even asking him. I would highly recommend selling through The Property Specialist, David and his whole team were always helpful and friendly whenever I called or popped in and Jay was not there. Thank you for easing the stress of moving aged parents-in-law.

So pleased we changed our Estate Agents to The Property Specialists, we had a couple of bad experiences with other agents who shall remain nameless. But the Property Specialists have been professional and honest with us from day one, they have kept us informed and chased everyone involved on our behalf when necessary. David and Jay are are so helpful and couldn’t have done any more for us throughout our sale. We would publicly like to thank Jay who supervised our sale, for his hard work and patience throughout the whole process and I would thoroughly recommend anyone selling their property to contact them first.

We moved house back in May 2022 using The Property Specialist. We were lucky enough to buy and sell through the same agent. They were professional from the start, liaised well between us all and constantly kept us informed. Being local I would pop in for updates and Jay, David and Samual could always answer my questions. My and my partner purchased our first property via The Property Specialists and from start to finish were absolutely amazing. From my initial viewings with Samuel and than being guided through the rest of the purchase by Jay they were nothing but great. Every question was answered immediately, correspondence was great and they help out with requests when our solicitors couldn't get answer. Cannot recommend them enough!
