Absolutely disgraceful no manners at all in stead the guy serving me was getting cocky and claiming it was going to cost me more money as if it was my fault about the lcd breaking. The reason it broke because the button in the touch screen wasnt plased right and i gave 4 other ipads and not one of them is working. We also got a battery replacement in an iPhone 6s and screen And even that didnt work so i would definitely not recommend concept for phone or tabblet repair

They got no manners at all.. to rude... and done a very awful job.. not recommended at all. the quality of there repairs are disgraceful.

Brilliant place to go for all technical issues and needs, very friendly workers who have lots of experience. Fantastic service

They say they give original screens and they put fake screens in  and when you ring them they have no manners to talk to anyone they shop is a waste of room on Leeds road

Great service. Concept fixed my phone in 24 hours when Samsung said it was 'water damaged' and couldn't be repaired. Highly recommended
