Do not buy car mats from Carsio Car Mats they are dreadful company with terrible customer service!!! I ordered a front cab mat for my 2022 W910 FWD Mercedes Sprinter and they sent me out the wrong mat that didn’t fit. I informed them via their email address of the issue only to be given a week long run around without them taking any responsibility for their mistake. I was not even given a contact name of who I was dealing with even though repeatedly asking for one!! I was then told to return the mat to them at my expense even though it was their error. Avoid this company
Ordered 2 sets of Mats, first set for Citreon C4, arrived quickly and were good quality, reasonable fit, but not perfect as the eyelets did not quite align correctly. Ordered another set for my own car, this set don't fit at all, so tried to email them to arrange a return. The E-mail address is invalid and keeps bouncing back. Tried the listed Telephone number which just rings and rings and then eventually an automated message which states the number is temporarily disconnected. No choice now now but to try and claim via Chargeback scheme with my card issuer.
Bought the matts off ebay. One stud was missing, I have sent many messages asking for a spare. absolute no response. Terrible company to deal with. Wish I had read these reviews first
Lots of people writing negative things about this company but I placed an order for 2 airline D2 Ts and received them within 48 hours. I'm so please I've ordered another 3. 5 star service so far. Update, The other 3 I ordered never arrived but the seller did give a full refund without question
Purchased an item from the eBay store it took 2 months before I could find anyone willing to fit it 4 garages refused the eBay listing stated easy install and all required hardware. First to fit the kit the van needs modifications to the rear so not easy install. Second being told I need to buy adapters to make it fit so not all required hardware. Asked to return through ebay declines without reason only reply’s when contacting direct via email phone always on hold and will not accept the kit is not as listed and is not fit for the job. Wish I had read the reviews before I made the purchase time for some legal advice I think.
Bought of this company before so had no problem in doing so again. big mistake. Didnt get what i paid for, no communication tried everything to get in touch with no success. Got my money back through paypal. So glad i payed this way. Do not bother with this company. Waste of time and money. Its a real shame too as its nice to shop local. Better quality mats from lidi at 6.99. Not the 22.59 id payed for.
First order was via Amazon from this company and they failed to deliver and refunded my money. So as they are the only UK company that claims to have this item in stock I ordered direct , still waiting for the items, they don't respond to emails or answer the phone. My recommendation is to stay away unless you are desperate. Update. Use TME in Birmingham brilliant service and despatch next day, they sell all radio connections and leads.
Absolute con artists! The also trade under the name Carsio. Purchased a few items off them in the past from ebay and items never turned up they ignored all messages then I tried ringing them but they have set their phone up so nobody answers it. They are actually ridiculous and should be reported and dealt with accordingly!! AVOID! Do not waste your time or money!
Bought online through PayPal 10 Jan 2018 a conversion lead for my Spanish Ford C Max. Three weeks later still not delivered or messaged regarding delay. Contacted PayPal who gave them time to reply, they likewise could not get answers by 8th Feb deadline, so they awarded a full refund. This is extremely poor service having called 3 times to Radio World and waited and waited to be answered. I left recorded messages to no avail. If you really must buy from this company try to go and purchase at the Leeds office otherwise you maybe having problems. Better still steer clear. Fortunately i had the backing of PayPal who sorted this out.
Yet another review of their poor communication and customer service. Ordered some car mats from their eBay store which were collection at Argos and they still haven't arrived. Tried messaging them through eBay, email to their sales department and phone calls which I assume the line is always busy as they are either hiding from customers who haven't received products or constantly on the phone to customers wanting to know where their items are.
