Went to M & S cafe today. Very lovely 2 young ladies served me. They were so helpful and friendly words cannot describe. I was craving fish and chips and wanted to take away. They were amazing and even though they usually don't do take away often they still went out of the way and got a take away box ready for me. So sweet. Very satisfied with the customer service. Thank you girls.
Has to be 5stars for me .!! There are at least 2main entrances from the car park into this store . Both of them are easily accessed from a number of disabled bays in the section of car park you find yourself ! The main doors slide open as you approach and then inside there is a second set of sliding doors leading onto the shop floor . The store is signposted throughout and the food part of the store itself is in a section of the main store.So you can shop without having to leave the store at all.nThe store is well laid out and has ample room for wheelchairs.There is also a cafe which was quite busy !!nAccess to downstairs is by escalator or a choice of two lifts . The toilets are down here too and there is lots of space . I didn’t have time to finish the lower ground floor so will post that later
Having had previously poor experience whilst visiting the bra fitting rooms we thought we would give it another go, unfortunately the level of customer service is poor, the way the staff speak and handle customers is offensive and dismissive. Whilst present a lady came to the counter asking for assistance post significant weight loss and asked for some help and support, you could see she was self conscious and emotional about the subject but the two attendants were dismissive straightaway and told the lady to just find some bras and try them on. The fitting rooms were not busy but other people were around.nnSuch a shame that women can’t treat each other with care and consideration
What a fantastic store. I love it, so much choice. The food hall is great and the cafe is great.I had a meal with my sister and all the staff were lovely, very chatty and very helpful. The cafe was clean, the food was great and well staffed. We will definitely be going back and would recommend.
Returned items to menswear today as various items for my husband were unsuitable and was served by Cynthia who was so helpful and customer friendly. She really is an example of what customer service should be at its best.
