Nice location, food and service was ok.
Good food and drinks. Service was average, kind of awkward and unwelcoming. Venue was pretty dirty and messy, chicken bones littered around the outside area. Expected slightly better, probably wouldn't go again.
Popped in when we had a quick wait between trains. They kindly rushed us some food so we managed a quick drink, snack, and back on the train within 30minutes. Very friendly, well-kept, accomodating - definitely a good visit, would recommend.
Great location next to the river and across from the train station. Great cask ales, sort on TV. Indoor and outdoor seating. Staff very friendly. Clean and tidy including the toilets.
Nice place by the river to have a drink and if the weathers good plenty of seating outside to watch the boats and other river activities
Pricey drinks..but nice outside place to enjoy the drinks along the river..heater provided in winter
10/10 Served by a professional and courteous gentlemen named Dan. Very accommodating and super helpful with the menu. I ate a Salt burger which was brilliant and extra mention for the quality and temperature if the Guinness. Beautiful setting and we'll kept building. Thanks Dan, guys
Friendly staff and a wide selection of beers. Was a quiet Monday night but made to feel very welcome. Good to find a pub like this when working away
