booked a room for my teenage son. The Manager & the staff could not have been more helpful and considerate in helping make his stay comfortable and were very understanding & accommodating with his needs. They even allowed him to stay beyond check out time, whilst he was waiting to be collected. The room was compact but had all the amenities you would need and was more than adequate for a short term stay.

I have to keep telling myself that this place is a budget hotel. I will not go back. The room too small for my liking. But i did pay £25 for it. So not expecting too much once i put my large duffel bag down i wouldn't be able to do a work out. Not sure if i would want to. A door into a shower room couldn't out fully due to the size. Shower, a decent size but what i could only think of as blood on the shower curtain. I had booked in for three nights, stayed for two nights due to broken sleep. First night a couple decided to have an argument at 3am in African. Then just settled down, just nodding off. And some lady needed to be booked in and nobody was there. There was no after hours contact. So i was left with a slightly upset women shouting out slightly racist comments. Then don't get me started about the parking. Be quick and early.

Do not stop here. Please believe the reviews. We thought we could make do after booking based on the websites photos and not checking reviews. We took all our own sheets and bedding but the place leaves you wanting a deep clean! We booked two nights and stayed one with no refund. There are stains on every surface. Hallways smell of cigarette smoke.

I will never come here again. It's truly horrible. Currently I'm in a 4x4m room with a bed, a hanging rail, TV in the wall and small unit with kettle and tea bags (coffee too). The bathroom is the next room which looks lovely BUT it's dirty, the towel rail is falling off, the shower basin is so soft and flimsy you feel like you're about to fall through, it pools dirty water, there's no sink plug, the carpet in the bedroom is filthy and 'sticky' (I won't put bare feet on it!). The radiator doesn't really work, there's paint all over the switches, there is no where to put your clothes except the aforementioned 30cm rail. There is a big sign on the door advertising for, breakfast etc.. They don't do food or breakfast!

Stayed for one night and, for the price you pay, it's good value for money. Decent sized room, clean bathroom and free Wi-Fi - can't argue for budget accommodation. Would happily stay here again.
