We went for an awards evening which included a 3 course meal. The service was teally good and quite efficient , considering the number of people being served. The food unfortunately was quite disappointing. I am a dairy free vegetarian and I know this combination is not a chef's ideal guest. My starter was a tomato soup and it tasted as if it came from a packet, not a great start. The main course was gnocchi with a handful of veg (a few spinach leaves and some squash) and it was quite bland. Desert, fruit salad. I find a lot of places do seem to lack imagination for my diet and it was a shame about the gnocchi, as it was a nice idea, but it needed seasoning and a few more vegetables. Nice venue, lovely staff but the food let it down.

Great food. Good leisure facilities. Room was a long walk from reception. Nice surroundings. Seems to cater more for conferences and weddings. A little remote from Nottingham town centre but good value for money.

Nice hotel with a plenty of parking located in some beautiful surroundings. Great for conferences or meetings as you can have small to large meeting rooms with a large open area downstairs where you can sit and drink coffee and tea. Food is also very good and tasty and offers a nice selection and variety. Staff are pleasant and helpful and try to be as non-intrusive as possible. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Went for a overnight stay here and it was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Food lovely. Nice and clean hotel.spa enjoyable. Will go back in the near future. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place, nice bedrooms, bathrooms, staff. You can get free tea or coffee whenever you want. You also get a little basket full of goodies like cookies, milk, coffee and tea. Next to it is a kettle so you can boil your water. Breakfast is not included so you have to pay in advanced or when you get there for it, but it is really nice. You have a buffet for both breakfast and lunch. The dinner is a book in advanced thing, to see what you want and what you're allergic to. The only tiny downside is that they only let the children use the pool on weekends from 3pm-5pm
