Resource Legal successfully reclaimed compensation for me and I can't thank them enough! My claims handler Mark was very professional and guided me through the whole process. It was very simple. I would advise anyone who thinks they might have a claim to give them a call. I never thought I paid PPI but my friends kept telling me to check as they had previously made a successful claim. So I gave Resource Legal a call and they found out that I had PPI on my credit card with Aqua and managed to get me compensation. If in doubt talk to the professionals. I did and I cannot thank them enough!
Great company. I called them after a recommendation. Their customer service was great from start to finish and they dealt with my claim more efficiently than similar companies I've contacted in the past.
Very Poor service, they take ages to respond to emails and then ignore all future emails. I have chased and chased and got nowhere.
