Well stocked but always a queue to pay at busy times ie first thing early morning. This branch is well stocked with sun lotion and travel size products which isn’t always the case at Boots at other airports. Plenty of sandwiches and snacks and best place to buy water - 2 for £2.50. Medicines and pharmacy products at the back of the shop. Only issue is shop relatively small so aisles are quite when busy and hard to clearly see all products.
I'm absolutely speechless with the amazing service provided by Fatima and Hasan. You both took professional and sincere care of me and I can't thank you enough for helping me - you guys saved my day and holiday. You’re both amazing examples of both compassion and kindness - and Boots are lucky to have such amazing staff. Thank you.

A good place to buy food and drink on a budget. 500ml bottle of water under a pound and sandwiches for a couple of pounds. Beats the more expensive coffee chains. Lots of self checkouts.
Always find all the products you need. Nice variety and nice staff. As a downside I found a long queue when going to the prescription area and they weren't able to help me with my query so felt like I lost my time a bit ,but apart from that very helpful.
If you need wet wipes buy them here 70p more for similar in WHSmith!!! Useful selection for travel etc
Boots is fully stocked and even has a pharmacy in the Noth Terminal. I visited at 0500 in the morning - Gatwick very very busy. Sadly the queue to pay was wayyyyy out of the Boots shop and it took 20 mins to pay. As per my photos, 12 tills at peak time with only 3 open...
I recently went to this boots and received very excellent customer service. The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable about the no7 face creams. She also asked a man if I could use his voucher which he didn't want to save £5. !!! Thank you We are all often quick to complain so I thought I'd take the time to pass on this compliment.
Decent enough. Meal deal is always £3.99, which is good value for London. Pretty busy, but this is to be expected for an airport. Queue moved quickly and it was well laid out. Not the best shopping experience but good for what it was.
Have just been served by a lovely young lady in Boots in Gatwick North Airport. Roheen Shah, she was so helpful and polite. I have a hearing problem, but I could hear her so well . Such a pretty girl with a lovely smile. Thanks Roheen.
