I ordered the industrial sideboard and some other items for my house beautiful furniture and prompt delivery.

It's a real shame really -- this would have been 5 stars if they were not trying to mislead customers. When you make a purchase, you receive an item number. That's it. After hearing nothing for over a week. it took days for someone to pick up the customer service phone -- and even then, it took 3 attempts to speak to someone who had a clue what was going on. I received my item several weeks later. It is excellent. Well packaged, great delivery driver, brilliant quality -- especially for the price point. This is the thing: when they say 'dispatched in 5 days' they mean 'dispatched to them in 5 days, and you will be called whenever their driver happens to go down a route close to you, which may be weeks later.' If this was not misleading, if customer service was improved and you were communicated with, it would be 5 stars. Honestly: Your customers are happy to wait if you tell them exactly what is going on. Up to you: Excellent furniture, but dreadful customer service and no real delivery dates. I wouldn't use again purely out of principle.

I made an order almost 2 months ago but it's still not delivered. Customer service doesn't know what's going on, they just tell me every week that it will be delivered in 2 weeks, in 10 days, in 3 weeks (no one knows). Well....will wait. Update: my sideboard is finally delivered (it took 3 months from the date of order), but it's really beautiful item and worth money and time.

I ordered two tables in June. As they were to be transported with us to Leeds I left them in the original packaging and only opened them on 18 July. I am absolutely delighted with the product. It was packed perfectly, the quality of the wood and the construction is fantastic. They were extremely easy to construct and are very sturdy. We are using them as lamp tables and could not be more pleased.

I never received my item. First, they said it would take 5 weeks instead of 5 days. Then there was a 2-week delay. When i emailed at the end of those 2 weeks (making it a wait of 7 weeks in total), they did not even write back. i emailed 3 more times and received no response, and had to dispute the payment with my bank to receive my money bank. Still unsure if this is a scam or not, but either way, it's a terrible customer experience.
