I did my blow dry here today and they couldn’t have messed it up anymore! My fringe hair are sticking out and it’s looking ridiculous. When asked them to fix it, after 3 attempts she gave up saying “it’s baby hair and there’s nothing we can do about it” Like seriously? I’ve had my hair blow dried at least 100 times and never had this issue. Pure incompetence to send me away after 1 hour of blow dry and making me look so ridiculous! I have a client meeting tomorrow and I’m now googling ways to fix my hair after spending my time and money in a salon. Laughable.
I had my hair done by Leyla, the service was amazing! Friendly staff and always make you feel comfortable. I went for an auburn colour which hair stylists find hard to match usually but Leyla got the exact shade I needed! My hair was then washes and styled beautifully. I am so happy with the results! I'm a regular customer and have my hair dyed, cut, regulat blow drys, styled for events and used the beauty and waxing services. I'm always treated like a queen. They fit me in anytime I ask at short notice, this is often and I'm always delighted with the results. I have I really enjoyed facials and massages too. Highly recommendServices: Body waxing

Great Hairdressers Really helpful and friendly service. I've had my hair cut here twice and very pleased both times . I also had colored high lights which were really nice and this time I had my roots done which were done very well . I feel like I have found a hairdressers that I can return to with confidence.

This was my first visit through recommendation! All staff were warm & welcoming from the outset! Leyla was very attentive & reassured me at every stage and helped repair my damaged colour along with Elona who gave me a chic haircut & blow dry! Leyla gave a haircut tonmy son today. My son loved her. Her personality is lovely. My son donated his long locks to little princess trust today and had his first haircut even since the lockdown happened... Thanks Leyla for making him happy.
Why would I give a star only for the friendliness. Anyone who claims to do eyebrows should be able to do them perfectly! My eyebrows are so thick I intentionally let the grow for three months to do the as one of my personal photos….. the result is now after going to the salon I look like a clown each eyebrow is totally different than the other. If she knew what she was doing she would’ve done it like the photo without screwing them nor asking every two minutes if this was ok but I stopped her on first brow because she totally ruined it the second I watched her carefully. I think she felt I was not happy
I've used this salon for 5 years now. The ladies are lovely there. The service is fantastic and the prices are brilliant. First class service all round.
