Friendly staff, cocktails were really nice happy hour is awesome. Bottomless chicken wings for £10? Stunning. Give them a chance to cool though! Deffo going again. Thanks to all the staff for a nice few hours out
Classic music, always have polite and friendly interaction off bar staff with curtious offer in one off alcohol sale deals on weekends. Mix three shots normally for one small price, pick and mix in round deals also this doesn't apply for pints but pints are fair price on volume and measurement anyway also very compatible against the higher pub prices. Don't serve cans though, just bottles unlike old days this doesn't bother me much. Hardys haven't been here long, five years or so and is decent place to go if you older and want a quiet night or if you with all you mates or family before night clubbing in kirkhouse, or the pure at top of town and anywhere with laser lights and loud music so just want to get started in Hardys. Apart from once a month or in a blue moon you get the out of local odd idiot threatening a random regular customer but never have any trouble, friendly door bouncers and decent locals!
Saturday afternoon town full of families Christmas shopping and you have a low end entertainer calling people the C word over the microphone which can be heard down the street. Love how your window decals promote culture. Venue is a joke .
Quite likely the nicest venue in Merthyr. Staff are always friendly and professional, covid guidelines are rigidly adhered to and the drinks are excellent. If you're visiting then I recommend the Ferrero Martini
Great location to cool off for lunchtime refreshments, helpfull staff and hosts, easy comfortable and in the centre of the pedestrian shopping area.
Great atmosphere, great selection of alcohol and the cocktails are amazing. A bit expensive for Merthyr Tydfil though, charging Cardiff prices. Good entertainment as well when put on.
Popped in for a lunch time drink and snack with friends and was pleasantly surprised. There is a first class selection of premium lager's and craft type beers on tap and a decent selection of paninis and toasties on offer even a vegan option which I picked and thoroughly enjoyed. Given the quality of the drinks and food, this place is great value and have no hesitation in recommending Hardie's for lunch or drinks. The atmosphere is friendly and I can definitely see myself enjoying one of the large selection of Gin's on a summer evening in there
Great place and good cocktails
Far to expensive!!! For where it is,paying Cardiff prices in Merthyr. Music that is playing is on a loop so if you are there long enough you the same tunes over and over again. Toilets are absolute disgrace!!!
A massive thank you to Hardies and staff for my daughters 21st and my sisters surprise 50th party,a fabulous atmosphere drinks package and everything you provided, Everyone enjoyed xx
