Well don't no were to start huge main area very echoed and noisy. Service good, unfortunately unruly was a issue with someone swearing on the mobile to someone very loud at the bar a customer with no manners. Not what people want, upstairs another incident a woman buying kids alcohol and manager tackling that the right way not happening. Needs zero policy on anti social behaviour. Maybe security if getting worse need logging.nYet very dark it some areas, needs more lighting that would detair some customers. Nice History of the building I liked that. Needs work go again maybe but like to see changes more staff engagement and smiling.

I don't usually enjoy Wetherspoon food but the lasagne I had was tasty. You can't expect to have a posh meal when you are paying so little for a meal.nnAtmosphere was good. Busy once again on a Saturday. All staff were polite and friendly.
First time visit to this pub. Very spacious downstairs with a few tables. A typical wetherspoons, a repurposed building. Quick service. Great drinks, great food. Just a snack this time for us, 8 pieces of scampi and a pint. A car park is just a few steps away and only 70p for an hour or £1.50 for up to 3 hours. Will be back there on our next visit to merthyr Town, the retail park or Trago Mills.
We went here for quick late lunch. Ordered jacket potato with tuna.it was ok. And we ordered chicken wings. The chicken wings is soooo good. Not spicy tho.
