We went for a drink as a family as hubby's mother today I think we needed it
Felt like a 'locals' pub which is not a bad thing. Limited choice of bitter knocks it down a star in my book. Parking isn't so great but you will probably find a space nearby. Friendly atmosphere and worth a visit.
This is a great pub with a good selection of drinks, no loud music, and an excellent garden. It's one star short as the kitchen isn't yet working and thusly I can't go for a pub lunch once a week as used to be my custom in the old world.
Really good pub, landlord/barman was very welcoming and friendly, good pup
