I was initially disappointed with these vets, I've been using them for 15 years now and it used to be the best vets for miles when it was just Guy, but now they seem to have expanded and the customer care no longer exists. Initially was upset with the front office staff as I was quoted 2 different prices for the same product on two different calls, plus told I had an outstanding balance which I didn't. However I'm now changing my review as on Saturday Maxine called and sorted everything out for me, and today Caroline has called to apologise for the issues I had, so they have  completely restored my faith and they are the best vets in the area still... thanks

Cobham Park VC have been looking after my dog all his life. They are so superior to any other practice that I have ever been to. Not just Guy, who is reassuring and effective but also his great team who care and look after and prescribe. No hesitation in recommending them

We love this practice!  Everyone is so friendly, kind and helpful.  They are always on the end of the phone for advice, never push treatments and seem to genuinely love my 2 dogs!  Thank you!

I am a dog trainer and recommend Guy and his team to all my clients. I've tried several vets when I moved to this area and Guy was by far the best. He clearly has a geniuine passion for the animal and so do  his  nurses. I have never caught anyone in the practise not being open, friendly, understanding and helpful. I've had quite a few issues with one of my dogs and Guy never rolled his eyes at me when I wanted to try an altnerative approach first before the conventional  methods.

On a Wednesday, our family dog was listless. By Thursday morning almost totally immobile and  not vaguely interested in food a sure sign that he was ill and we were all very worried. One call to Cobham Park and we were 'fitted in'. Our socially-distanced visit was super well-organised, and more importantly the wonderful vet was efficient, kind, clear and reassuring. Less than 24 hours later, Alfie's Flatcoat mojo is back . Phew!

I still hold Guy in high regard but his counterpart Joe has no regard for animal welfare and only thinks of the money... two late evening calls to persuade us to bring our cat back when it was clearly not a good idea after the first time only to "check up" again! cat did not make it back alive but they charged us for the consultation all the same.

First time I’ve been to Cobham park when my little 15 year old jrt was taken sick I thought I had lost her and she would be put to sleep To my amazement Sharon the vet has given Rosie a new lease of life and is running around like a 5 year old :  I have to say in these strange times the friendliness and care all the staff gave is so reassuring and I thank them all  Adrian
