Booked a week at Crofta Cottage in Little Haven through Coastal Properties. The cottage was in need of TLC as cob webs around light fittings, dirty fridge with interior shelf broken, vacuum cleaner had been used with no bag in it, dirty bucket & mop just inside front door, wood burning stove with seal damaged and tongs broken, double glazing in the kitchen and upstairs bedrooms needs attention as permanent condensation in between the glass.The list goes on. A very disappointing experience and a waste of £600. Little Haven is a delightful village but not staying at Crofta Cottage through Coastal Properties. We love Pembrokeshire but through another renting agency in the future.

Sadly a poor experience, used to be a good company but seems that standards have dropped. We rented Skomer View through Coastal Cottages, the property was not very clean, mould in several rooms most worrying was the room off the master bedroom which had a cot in it and stored a mould ridden push chair, a nimber of other serious issues with the property. Derisory £ 75 voucher off next year's bookings offered and customer care team appear to be non responsive.

Used for Coastal Cottage services for "years " but have been left disappointed due to the lack of communication , pre booked and waited a long time to be told to look for another cottage. Looking elsewhere for another cottage from another company..

Coastal Cottages have just informed today (15 Nov) that the cottage I booked for the 22 Nov has been double booked and they cited staff error. I would suggest that this is dreadful behaviour for a company whose sole purpose it is to book people into cottages. Thank you Coastal Cottages

stayed in Pembroke, opposite the castle in a beautiful town house. Lovely staff; would highly recommend.
