Took my motor home in just before Christmas for habitation service and asked then to look at possible leak from boiler. On collection of van was told no problems with boiler. On first use after service (1 week later) boiler leaked whilst away and had to take it in to be fixed elsewhere. Went to open roof light and it was very difficult to open so had not been serviced. looked around the van and nothing else looked lubricated either. Also when i collected the van I asked for a damp report and was just told that its dry so no need? When I phoned them about the issues they just put the phone down on me after them telling me things do break. This review is a bit late as iv'e only just found Google reviews.

I took my Bailey motorhome to CC&L yesterday for it's first habitation check. This is the second time I have been here (the first was to ask them to sort out a water leak), I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are very professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They did everything that I asked of them and more. Thank you very much particularly to Luke who was so kind and patient! First class service, we are very lucky to have you just down the road!

Poor! Poor! Poor! They are rude and unprofessional and I'm glad I don't have to use them on a regular basis in Cornwall. I had an issue with my brakes while traveling 8 hours to Cornwall. On arrival in the evening I emailed Coachcraft & Leisure and called first thing the following day on a Friday. I explained I had a problem with the brakes and was at the start of a touring holiday. I had tried all the mobile caravan engineers I could find to get some assistance but all were booked and busy. Coachcraft had a vacancy and agreed to have my caravan, a T@B (teardrop) on Monday morning, the next working day but suggested I could some investigating so they could get any parts including brake shoes ready for the booking. I thought I would help them to make life easy for us all so I removed the wheels (after shopping to buy a trolley jack and 32mm hub socket on 2 seperate journeys as I didn't know I needed the large hub socket). Later that morning just when I was armed with the info I had a call from Coachcraft to say they couldn't look at my caravan. When I asked why they told me they don't work on Tabberts as it's company policy. He said he didn't have height clearance and I explained it's the small quirky teardrop T@B and not a large van but he didn't care. I said we were booked in for Monday with the van type confirmed at time of booking only a few hours ago and, as requested the wheels are off and part numbers to hand. He replied they are now fully booked for a month. I asked him if he thought I was a traveller which he didn't respond. I then said I had a problem as I can't get any professional assistance and would need to change the brakes myself. As they were the largest and only stockist in Cornwall could I get brake shoes and the hub one shot locking nuts from them. They told me it takes 2 weeks for part deliveries to them. 2 weeks! Surely not it's only Cornwall and they would have suppliers who do next day. Apparently not, they told me it they don't have next day delivery suppliers into Cornwall. With no other choice and 'no wheels on my van' I made some calls to some companies that care and not surprisingly had all the goods required delivered to me via courier the next day on Saturday to the campsite. I bought some more specialist tools, watched a lot of YouTube and replaced all the items on a campsite. If you are a courier and want to help out these poor people in Cornwall with quick deliveries there is a gap in the market. If you want to open a caravan service and repair company in Cornwall there isn't any decent competition. Forget using Coachcraft and Leisure as they will let you down.

Took my campervan for a service whilst down in Cornwall again, first met Steve, Matt and Luke 3 years ago when I had a problem whilst on holiday, they fixed my van in record time and got me back on holiday. So I took the opportunity to go and say hello to the lads. Was very pleased to see.that all the staff were still working there, again a big thank you from me and my wife, a 5star service from a 5star company.
