My family has been registered at this practice for one year.  We have seen 4 different GPs and a practice nurse in that time - all of them have been helpful and professional. Had no problem getting emergency appointments on a couple of occasions for our young child.  The lead-time for non emergency appointments seems to be quicker if you are able to go to their north Watford premises. Parking outside the Printers Avenue premises is very limited - see instructions on website for nearby free parking.

Need to call for appointment exactly at 8am and even then you're 20th in a queue and by the time you get through its fully booked and you have to try again tomorrow.
Also, when you come to your appointment you consistently have to wait for 45 mins or more.

Getting an appointment is fairly easy but once you arrive for your appointment be prepared for a long wait. Delays are apparently inevitable.
