Waited 6 weeks for some bodywork to be done on my vehicle as they had been recommended. The week it was due to be done, I contacted them as midweek it still hadn't been collected. It was postponed to the following week, then the following week. Because I was moving I asked for reassurance the work would be done a full 3 weeks after its original booking date. I was told the key would be left at reception and he couldn't be bothered with the hassle. Wow.

At no point did anyone communicate with me about the delays, I was always made to feel it was my fault they were busy, as if the job was an inconvenience to them. Really not impressed and quite shocked. Some basic communication would have gone a long way. 

Proceed with caution.

This is the only place where I would take my vehicle for either bodywork or mechanics. Time and time again they have provided me with an exceptionally high standard of work and a fair price. The owners of the garage are honest and fair, they go out of their way to ensure your happy as a customer with the work they carried out.

I've been going here for about 8 years now - I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're all lovely people, it's a family run business and they bend over backwards to make their customers happy.  I would recommend this garage to anyone, they do a great job and they keep their prices competitive. They also let me bring my dog with me when I come for an MOT!

I am a local and have been using this garage for six years. They are brilliant. They have done at least two not so smallish jobs for me free of charge. Nothing is too much trouble. A friend took his Corsa to West End Motors in Bodmin with a noise from the wipers/motor. They took one look and said new wiper motor £350, bring it in next week. I told him to go to Coach House. They didn't know him, checked it, said come back in an hour because they had to order parts. An hour and a half later he drove off less £27 for new wipers and fitting! They never do anything big without checking with me first and are always happy to give advice or take a look right there and then. Last week my motorhome clutch failed outside my house as I was about to leave for a week away. They sent a van straight away, fixed it there and then and said pay us when you get home and have a nice time. Well done Andy, George and the team.
