Desperately needed fresh fruit. This coop saved my life while in Crail.
The worst co-op and possibly the worst store in all of Scotland. It's cramped, dirty, boxes are constantly lying around. Incompetent, intolerant staff: a month ago, I accidentally did not scan the product, I returned-they scanned it with dissatisfaction. Today, when my friend was not sold cider, just because she showed a Russian passport, the cashier woman did not give a specific reason for refusal, it was clear from her face and speech that she was just uncomfortable communicating with Russians.
Slightly less stock than other co-op shops but service was warm, honest and refreshing. Don't know the name of the lady who served me but she was a pleasure to interact with.
Anyone paying by Bankcard MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT BEING OVER CHARGED AS COOP IN Crail is bad for it they have just done me out of 15 pound .They are bad for this .And customer service is terrible.
