We have used Aird for a couple of heating emergencies over the past few years and have found them to be extremely helpful, especially since this is for a property which we rent out and we are not always on hand. Prompt, arrived when stated, and efficient service, with offers of electric heaters when we had to wait a day or two for parts. We have had no issues and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Do NOT use for heating or boiler issues! Came out to inspect our boiler which had an intermittent fault but he couldn't work out what was wrong. Asked for the manual (always a bad sign..) and left shortly afterwards leaving muddy footprints behind, agreeing they would call the manufacturer to discuss. He came back and ran the boiler and again couldn't work out what was wrong. So we now still have the same intermittent fault and a bill for £108 for essentially no value whatsoever. Will now call a proper heating engineer (which admittedly I should have done in the first place).
