Handy and friendly with the big plus that it is adjacent to the main Sedgefield bus stop. Always get greeted with a smile by the long suffering friendly staff.
Spent a few days in Sedgefield and my young nephew bought a top up card for his PS. Back home in Scotland he discovered that there had been a technical glitch with the do it yourself till and the voucher would not work. Store manager Mike went to great lengths checking out sales records and straightened out the problem for him sending him a new code in order to access his £20. Service above and beyond - thank you Coop!!
Great local shop with friendly staff who have helped us get through all of the lockdowns when other larger stores ran out of essentials like wine
Very helpful staff. As a visitor to the area they went out of their way to help us with places to get items they didnt stock wood for firepit. They had everything we needed that we had originally went to buy and some treats too. Very pleasant shop.
Good selection of wine. Try not to get run over on the zebra crossing outside. In Sedgefield, zebra crossings only indicate fair sport to the local motorists.
Very friendly staff. Self service tills. ATM outside. Not cheap. Limited parking at rear. Main route bus atop outside. X12, X22 to Stockton and Middlesbrough'. Newcastle and Durham on other side of the road.
Lovely friendly staff and good for shopping
Called in this morning, very polite and happy member of staff on the tills for 7am. Ladies a credit to the company with how nice she was.
Lots of choice in store. Self check out faulty and over 5 min wait to fix as 3 assistance talk among themselves. Now I remember why I go to Sainsbury
Very handy shop, sells some of most things.
