Quite a small store, not much gluten free options. Got caught out using petrol at pump. Thought I had been scammed due to my payment being taken, and notification of an additional £100 taken. Although the money went back into account, seems unnecessary. If customers not trusted, don't offer it. Won't be going here again for petrol.
Sedgefield Sainsbury’s are struggling on a Saturday to manage the till area.. With 5 staffed tills and only 2 open putting pressure on the self service 2 of these have been out of use for the past couple of weeks results in poor customer service. Please manage this area better to avoid disgruntled customers and putting undue pressure in the staff who are manning the tills. Maybe a few more staff in on a Saturday might help..
Small store good though had what I needed apart from security guard following us around the shop, I clocked him 8 times
Went into sainsbury Sedgefield today,I had to wait a long time to check out.only one till operating, the rest were self service, I won't use self service as a matter of principle, doing cashiers out of jobs.when they finally realised there was a backlog of customers they decided to put some cashiers in place.i commented, at last,to which one said ,I'll make you wait a bit longer if you want.not the treatment I have would expect in sainsbury,s.
First visit here for quite a while,quite a nice store which isn't too big,a good selection of what I was looking for,could have done with a few more on checkout!
