I only went in for one item, so I didn't pick up a basket but ended up with more to carry, got to the checkout, and placed my items down when I noticed that I had blood one my hand and the packet of liver I had picked up was leaking,  I asked for some assistance to help clear it up, the assistant then said it must have came from another liver pack but I showed her the pack I had was the one that the blood was leaking from, then noticed it was on my white t shirt, i suggested that it should just wash out the assistant then said if it doesn't pop back in and see the manager, as I walked back to my car I noticed more blood was on my over shirt, so I decided to go back in and fill an incident report, to which I was told they don't have one, so I asked to see a manager, who then told me to go home and wash the items and if the blood doesn't come off, to return to the store with the items and a receipt of purchase as I had told him that they were new items, I asked for his name incase I did return, he said my names Peter as I went to give him mine he cut me off saying don't need your full name your first will do, again I walked back to my car but my head was busting with the the attitude that I got,nNo I'm sorry that this has happened, and this was your item that leaked over my clothing,and I had to take in a receipt with the clothing if said blood didn't come out, I went back into the store and asked to see the manager again, I told him I wasn't happy and that I hadn't even got a apology,to which he replied what do you want? He hadn't listened to me and just wanted to brush me off,  I'm sorry this has happened to you would have sufficed. Their is no way that I will be returning to the store, so I said the price of the items, he walked away and served another customer while telling the checkout lady to pay me, again no sorry

I go here every Weekend and I have no trouble with the app for scanning and paying for goods at till. Considering I have a bad back this app is ideal as I don't have to stand and scan and then bag everything. Better for me.nStaff are always helpful.

Loved going there to collect my nectar points but just lately they have drastically dropped. I used to get 100 points etc for certain things but now it's gone down to 20 or even less and its not cheap to shop there

this has to be the poorest excuse for a supermarket I have ever experienced, empty shelves, could not find a member of staff to locate an item, finally gave up and went to checkout,and there were no checkout tills open, so just dumped my shopping and went to tesco, who had full shelves plenty staff and checkout tills, how on earth this place is still open is a mystery to me, pathetic place and I will not be going there again.

Love the shop, great quality but don’t love the till situ. I like to be served by someone at a till, I hate self service. Yesterday I had to ask to use a proper till.
