I do not live here, just visiting. The store is quite basic, but it is ok. I needed a trolley and the ladies went to look for it. No luck - apparently they get stolen!!?? I was in town today again and noticed one of their trolleys parked behind a red brick wall across the road from the shop. Hope the trolley will make it home somehow. Maybe it would be a good idea to get people pay £1 for that trolley so they would bother to return it?

The staff are miserable, in particular the older woman. I’ve worked in hospitality before and it takes a certain type of person to be approachable and polite, none of them have that talent. They literally sigh at the thought of having to do their job and serve customers. They never smile either. Do better old ladies or just leave!!

It's a small supermarket very suitable for shoplifting!!

Needs staff to be actuwlly on the tills not just standing around it gets so busy and some staff seem to think if i spend 2.99 and i give them 3 pound i dont want my penny its like common sense people of course i want my change and its so expensive in there these days i mean £3.45 is a tad expensive

Nice little store, but refused to take my co-op card as they claimed that my card was from a different co-op area, despite it being part of the same co-op area. They took it a few days ago no problem. This woman just decided to change her mind, please train your staff properly as a co-op card works at any store, even if it's a different county or region, it's all under the same company.
