I have used Waitrose in Wimborne for several years. They consistently deliver in terms of service and product. Pricing is what it is, I guess you get what you pay for and I'm genuinely happy with everything this store delivers. However, and the only reason I can not give a 5 star rating, and frankly I was borderline 3.... is the fact that the voucher/ reward system is so incredibly poor! This is clearly more a head office issue why I've stuck with 4. Every supermarket in the land works with a reward program, some better than others, Waitrose is by far the bottom of the pile! Apparently lead by regular purchases, and to be fair this has been the case in the past, this week I get a 50p voucher for a tin of Peaches.... seriously.... I have never bought such, and frankly, I view this as an insult!
Car parking is eccentric and I still think its an awful location which ripped the green heart out of wimborne. But it's a good shop and the staff are helpful.

Just shopped there today and needed to use the loo. It really smelt strongly of stale urine before even entering the individual male and female sections. Most unpleasant. In need of a very good clean. Will avoid next time.
Exceptionally friendly staff & always great service with a smile... Even to the point of insisting on looking after my dog whilst I run in quickly. nnYou can even get some alright deals when stuff is on offer or reduced
