I bought a number of appliances with Holmans. Originally the sales service was good. Since, there has been a faulty element in an oven and a vacuum cleaner that has broken twice. On all occasions after sales just direct you to the manufacturer, little or no assistance offered. I am very disappointed with the lack of concern and somewhat nonchalant attitude.

Great service, Holmans delivered and set-up all the appliances for my new flat on the day I moved in. Thanks for being so helpful with the changes to my schedule.

Bought a large Panasonic microwave from a very helpful salesman. On installing it, it rocked. We had an immediate visit from a manager who agreed it should be changed and the new one was obtained from Panasonic and installed very efficiently on our required date. It pays to buy local - excellent service.

Having had a bad experience with the other dealer in town, I can't speak highly enough of Holmans. The sales person asked all the right questions and helped us choose the right kitchen appliances for our needs. Despite various difficulties with our kitchen, their very professional installers managed overcome all. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Holmans. - We'll definitely come back for that OLED telly when we've save up our pennies!
