I urgently needed to buy a zimmer for elderly parent. The staff were hugely helpful and friendly. I came away with a bargain priced walker which was the perfect solution. Thank you for the sound advice and great service
The lady who works there is extremely rude. The shop is open when you want to have a look inside she will tell you off and puts the sign in front of you that they are closed! She did that to us three times in row. Also said to my 5 years old child to go from the other side when he just wanted to walk in!! And then she put the sign in front of us-Closed!
Appalling experience. First, was wrongly charged by staff. Then my seriously ill wife waited in in hours of stress for a prearranged delivery. I had to leave my charity work to be with her. They said after many hours it was definitely on the van. I phoned again after a day of stress and chaos which my wife can't cope with and they said there was no records of the delivery any where and it will be next week. I have to take the whole day off my charity work again next week as my wife can't cope alone. Absolutely disgusting!!
Lovely shop had some lovely bits from there in the past, I’ve also given them a lot as well, I know it’s for a good Cause very close to my own heart, but I don’t find the staff as friendly now one is very rude in there and tbh it as got very expensive .... shame coz it was always busy but when I’ve dropped stuff of its over staffed and no customers

Pleasant staff and always good for a bargain the proceeds from which go to a good cause.
Clothes, books ,furniture at a great price , plus supporting a worthwhile charity...great !
