Easily the worst Co-op in the country. Between it being dark, dingy and always cluttered, nothing and no one seems to work. No matter how many people are in the store, you always seem to have to wait or queue for anything. And the self service tills don't work correctly, then when you request assistance, the staff somehow manage to make things worse. No issues with any other co-op I've been in except this one.
Miserable and unhelpful staff! Every time I go there they are so unhelpful and today just topped it up. I was with my dog in the rain, I stood by the door and asked kindly to the lady on the shop floor if she could get me a small pack of pedigree dog food. She said they were short of staff and went behind the till. Apart from her there was another lady behind the till sitting down and another staff member on the shop floor stocking up, and another which she eventually called to come to the till. Plenty of staff in that tiny store I think, wasn’t busy and not one of them could pick up one item and bring it to the till for me. She then told me to move back in a very rude manner I was by the door anyway. I was so annoyed I actually left, went across to the busy petrol station who were so friendly and actually tried to help me. Absolutely disgusted and wouldn’t be going there again. The staff need customer service training ASAP!
Disgusting they won't serve on the tills, they make you use self service. Shelves are empty, it's well over priced compared to surrounding shops. never got any green bags want you to buy the £1 bags. It's an actual joke .considering it's a new store. I'm never giving them my money again.
Such an awful Co-op Food. The store is as big as North Chingford yet it has a significantly worse selection in most areas. Staff aren't very polite while they start throwing down new stock boxes in the narrow aisles long before the store closes when it is super busy. There is no where to walk and squeeze past people.nnOne staff member doing the price integrity has a scanner on full volume and it's the loudest most irritating noise that beeps every 5 seconds non stop. So irritating and ear piercing that goes off when she isn't even scanning anything.nnA real lack of their Gro products here too or random ones that don't sell. Most of the shelves are empty or missing items.nnDon't see myself ever going back here as they clearly aren't customer centric like other Co-ops
I ordered a food shop home, and half the items didn't arrive, yet I still got charged for the items that didn't arrive. I've tried to contact the store... no one answer the phone. I've also emailed. And nothing. Absolute Joke. Safe to say I will never shop from here again
