Terrible store. Fruit and veg is nearly always rotten looking, there is limited choice, always have racks blocking the aisles, staff are pretty rude. All in all, I tend to avoid this store now at all costs

Everywhere was dirty, tills and scans full of dust, rubbish and crumbs. Spilled everywhere and sticky. Staff wasn't friendly, I was waiting and no one served me, they just closed the till. So I needed to use scan. There was always problem with the scan and I needed to wait for the staff to help me... never waited for help so long, and he was 3 meters away from me. To chat with he's colleague was more important.

Keep your eye out for products past their use by/sell by date, I have often picked up items that have exceeded both or that have only one day left. Not everything we purchase here is to be used immediately, so they can't, and shouldn't, rely on that! Shopping aisles are often full of produce waiting to be put on shelves, or the left over packaging, hindering shoppers and preventing access to products near them. I have shopped here since it first opened, I have also seen it deteriorate and the once extremely friendly, efficient and helpful staff leave, (please be sure they still have the odd pleasant, helpful staff member ... all alone amongst some unhelpful, miserable and rude ones!) It is now looking messy, dirty and not a great advertisement for Tesco! Could this be complacency? Are these stores a franchise? Why are Tesco standards falling so dramatically? ☹️ As a long standing customer I actually now choose to use other facilities nearby.
