Friendly and helpful staff, frequent offers and deals. Great shop for Halesworth.

They sometimes have good deals, but the store isn't very well laid out, and it's definitely more expensive than other big name supermarkets. Also of note, they don't honour the NUS Student card deal which is a shame. We drive to Beccles to get our groceries now.

Empty shelves pretty much every time I call in. Very poor selection of products. I know it's not the largest store but I have visited smaller stores with a much better selection of items. I telephoned to check the opening times as the information on the website didn't seem to be accurate for an Easter weekend, the person I spoke to confirmed that the store is closed tomorrow even though the website said it was open, so I alerted her to this and she just said "oh the website is wrong". Not the first time the staff have given the impression they don't really care. All in all a very disappointing shopping experience. One last thing - the prices are much higher than in other supermarkets. Luckily my new job takes me past Saxmundham so I have 2 fantastic supermarkets to choose from now so I won't be bothering to stop at the Co-op in Halesworth for my fuel from now on either.

Always stocking up so often cannot get to products needed and have to watch out for staff rushing around.Limited choice and some expensive. Not good for those on a small income. Products nicely presented though. Staff at tills very friendly and nice little cafe. Not bad for a small store and opening hours very good.
