First class company to deal with. I ordered a Torrent 3 jacket and didn't see the 15% discount code until after placing the order. I emailed the company and asked if it was possible to apply the discount retrospectively. I was surprised that the discount was forwarded to my PayPal account within an hour. How good is that! The price was already the same as others and cheaper than my usual website and they take some beating. Cherry Tree don't charge for shipping if the order is greater than £75 unlike the other websites so a win win for the customer. Many thanks Bethan and Cherry Tree.
I ordered $110 worth of socks for myself and my husband. They never shipped the socks they never refunded my money. And when I ask why, the shipping isn’t moving after two weeks, they never reply again. This company gets a 4.9 star but is no longer the same apparently. They fill out a label, which shows up in the tracking system, but it never actually ships to the buyer. Extremely disappointed.

Hello Everyone, I am a customer from the USA. I spent quite a bit of time finding the right walking boots. Bethan was extremely patient and kind during the process, exchanging emails with me. In the end, I got a great pair of Anatom Q2 Classic Hiking Boots, very hard to get, and at a fabulous price. Buy your gear from Cherry Tree Country Clothing, a very fine and personable stockist. Highly recommended !
My first experience with Cherry Tree and couldn't be happier. When my boots didn't arrive after 5 days, I called and Bethan told me they were out of stock but available in a different colour - which I accepted. He immediately sent them by first class post and even refunded me the price difference. Great doing business with them and I will use them again.
In this day and age, especially in these difficult times, good customer service is becoming increasingly harder to come by. I ordered a jacket off of Amazon but through Cherry Tree Clothing. I went a size too large by mistake and the jacket did not fit properly. Rather than going through the Amazons returns process I decided to contact Cherry Tree Country Clothing directly. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Bethan is absolutely fabulous and replied almost instantly on every occasion. The return and exchange process was the easiest I have experienced and I cannot fault them. I only bought off Amazon as an exception to my rule of buying direct from supplier and when i say that Cherry Tree has gained a life long DIRECT customer, I say it with complete confidence. Cannot recommend enough. Great job. Great product.

Simply the best. I have been buying hogs of fife products for years because the quality is simply unbeatable at such low prices. It is also very difficult to get such good tweets articles in Germany. Unfortunately, I had always ordered in other shops. There is no better online shop than the Cherry Tree shop. A reorder to my original order could be assigned without any problems, so that I did not incur any further freight costs. I was able to pay the difference to the original invoice very easily with an email invoice with PayPal Link. In general, the email contact was very friendly and the answers came immediately. Unfortunately, my wife did not like the color of the tweets with this order, so I had to exchange my breeks and my jacket. Absolutely exemplary here too. Exchange without problems super fast within a week to Germany! Despite the time between Christmas and New Year. Thanks again to Bethan and her Cherry Tree colleagues who made me absolutely happy with their work.
Discovered Cherry Tree whilst looking for a Harris Tweed cap on the Internet and for the same price as one Made in China on Amazon, they have the genuine article. Complete with the Harris Tweed seal. A quick phone call to reassure myself on the size, then went ahead with the purchase. Phoned back yesterday to enquire as to when I could expect delivery I live in Spain and told because of the Bank Holiday Weekend delivery may be delayed. Arrived this morning, extremely well packaged and a quality product. The hardest part was choosing a colour, so I bought 2 different ones . I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.
