Extremely rude, ignorant staff in the store today ! The woman on the checkout beat them all !! No please, thankyou, not even acknowledged coming to the checkout.nI know now why I don't shop at tesco and would never go back to Ruthin store again !!nSort your staff out !!
How can you call this a Superstore, more a large corner shop compared to the offerings in the South of England. Appalling stock offerings predominantly your own brands and then a limited range and or clearance stock and the parking is awful probably caused by having bargain booze offerings.
Increasingly less stock week on week, notably fewer product lines than same sized stores around the UK. Fresh Fish counter now closed - May 2022 - with poor substitution of packed fish options. Badly and incorrectly labelled aisle signage. Over promotion of unhealthy produce on key aisle ends. Reduced “end of life” products not discounted enough to shift maybe 10-20% in some cases, leading to examples of increased waste. Some staff very friendly, good proportion very grumpy - still wearing face masks and not making the effort to say hello or offer any courtesy’s whatsoever. Finally decided to not use again until visible improvement.
Awful store, so cramped and always busy! Staff don't really care and other shoppers get in your face over nothing!
I am autistic and sometimes I walk around in the store with no shoes and just socks I was greeted by a lovely lady on customer service her name is is keeley. She was amazing and dis not judge me for this and told me to be myself. After I got what I needed from the store I went straight over to her and thanked her for being so lovely and not judgmental. She deserves something special with in the store either pay rise or a promotion
