Was pretty good. First welcome should be a bit better for a kids place. Parking not great but to be fair we went at a busy period. On the whole was fun. My daughter was 1 year 2 months and she had a good time. Good size ball pit. The 2 hours is enough time. Good selection of food  on the whole was good but staff need to smile a bit more.

Well, that was a surprise. It is really big for a 2 year old with two large play areas. Both were fairly clean, tidy and engaging. It is well worth the money, and the two hour session limit is the correct amount. Overall, I would bring my daughter again, often if the weather is still awful. 

One thing that was missing though was a larger slide in the small children's area.

Terrible place my two-year-old child has very strong allergies to gluten, corn and other food. when I wanted to give him a homemade roll, I was asked to put food in my bag, I had to get out of there to give my child to eat. Unfortunately, you can not buy bread rolls without gluten, corn flour. I paid the money for 2 hours of fun and I had to leave this place after an hour, because they would not let me give food that he can eat !!! I hate this place !!! horrible

Lovely staff didn't mind recooking my burger so it was burnt as I liked! Great service from chef

Kids enjoy it every time... Good spread of activities for younger and older ones. Cafe is also good with reasonable prices. The only down side is the parking (finding it)
