Being in trade myself, this was very disappoint. The staff were rude, no knowledge of menus or cocktails. Dirty sticky bar and surrounding tables. Lots of females hanging round the toilets, who weren’t eating or even had a table to sit at just admiring themselves in the mirror and sitting on a motor bike. I had reserved a table a week previously for my sons 4th Birthday, we were told we had to wait, when clearly a table could have been cleaned so we could have ordered. But more interest was taken in chatting at the meet and great point. What miserable staff! We just walked out and not an eyelid was blinked. Very surprised you are still in business TGI Thanks for spoiling my sons Birthday Note to anyone having a birthday there, please don’t bother My sons disappointment was paramount

I think this is one of the best TGI Fridays we have been to when it relates to the friendliness of staff, quality of service and the food. It's a fast food restaurant that is evolving, to take account of it's diverse clientele with vegetarian/vegan dishes. Although the restaurant is slightly off the beaten track, it is well attended and always seem to be "hosting" parties or large groups. A popular place to eat for all age groups.

The food isn't too bad. American style burgers, ribs and chicken. Nice cocktails though. I give 3 stars because personally I like a quieter atmosphere and TGI's is always very loud.

Terrible service. Had to wait ages for our food. No apology. Had to ask what happen with our order. It eventually turned up. Asked for a knife. Still waiting for it to come. And we have finished eating. This place has gone down. Never used to be like this.

Good food, but very busy and noisy inside. Okey for groups but if you want to have a romantic dinner to quiet time, look somewhere else. Try sesame chicken, it's the only reason I love to go there.
