If you have darker hair then avoid this place as they have no clue how to deal with it. First arrived as this place and was slightly surprised to find that highlights would cost £160 because I have short hair however I thought if they do a good job it would be worth it. I was there for 4:30 hours which is shocking and still didn’t achieve the look I as going for, not even remotely close. I ended up with caramel/ ash brown hair which I actually liked at the time however after just one wash with the shampoo that I brought from them as recommended by the hairdresser I have ended up with bright orange hair. Absolutely mortified! If you don’t have training on how to do dark hair then don’t do it!

Always left waiting, up to an hour because they're running behind. Great service once it's your turn though. Nice reclining massage seats while they wash your hair too.

Visited this salon for the first time & I must say the experience was pleasing. Someone who is very particular about their hair, Ellie did a great job & I shall definitely will be going back again!

I took my daughter there on Friday and she loved it the staff were amazing especially our stylist Charlotte everyone was lovely and she loved the glitter spray Charlotte used will only be using aesthetics from now on they deserve alot more than 5 stars
