17.10 this evening, really rude and rough woman wouldn't let myself or an other shopper in to buy a card . When asked why , she replied they had to clean the shop before they left at 5.30 , there were customers inside browsing, I only wanted to buy one card , from a shop I've always found very good in the past , with helpful and professional staff , would leave 0 stars if possible, very bad customer service by a lout with no manners .
Love Clinton’s products always nice cards. However this store needs to either get some new staff or train them up more. Store was empty and I waited at least 2/3mins to be served while the only two staff were stood talking behind the till?? Lady in glasses was really rude and awful attitude for no reason at all, she asked if I wanted a bag and I initially said no as I thought she meant it was just for my cards. After I had paid I had a balloon blown up and changed my mind and asked for a bag, she just gave the worst attitude about it as if I had spat in her face or something. I just took my stuff and left. Probably won’t go back to that store if I can see she’s working.

Always come here to get cards for different occasions. Everyone always loves the cards from here and I'm always happy with their quality.
Encountered an extremely rude member of staff today, totally ignored me when I spoke to her, I was thanking her for putting some wrapping paper back on the high display and apologising that I couldnt reach it myself.. just to be totally ignored... her attitude was disgraceful. I put my intended purchases down and walked out. Management need to train this girl in customer service.

Lots of produce easy to find. Lots of different little quirky bits to pick up also. Good shop Clintons. My go to to find the exact cards i want. Doesnt disappoint. Easy access
In this instance, staff could do with paying more attention to the tills. I shouldn't have needed to wait there while staff sniffed candle fragrances.
Slightly expensive but if you are in a rush there is also a great range of gifts to pick up with a card. Always my option if I am in a hurry.
