Sub standard food. This cost £10 with chips and I expect the box would've tasted better... I'm not one for complaining usually but this has unleashed my FULL KAREN. The sketchy piece of cod resembled perhaps the leather from an old boot and the chips weren't even hot. I live 2 minutes down the road from this establishment and I will not be returning anytime soon. They weren't serving burgers and the sausages they had left looked drier than Clint Eastwood in ANY of his old westerns. It's a nope from me. In Pride month too! In this economy?!?! I don't think. I'll be happier travelling further for better, cheaper food that I'll actually enjoy. Kthxbye.
Just ordered cod n chips and a pot of curry sauce from ubereats and at 1st was surprised by how light the bag was when the driver handed me it. Then when i got to open the box I was amazed at how pitiful the amount of chips were and how small and greasy the piece of cod was. Now I only live a 10 minute walk away and I was very tempted to take it back to the shop and ask them what the hell were they thinking serving this up. And remember this cost over £13. But after getting back from a 17 hour flight last night and feeling jet lagged I don't think going up there and complaining would've been a good idea especially feeling the way I do right now. So all I can do is write a review which I seldom do and have never left a bad review before but feel strongly that I've been ripped off and disappointed from a shop that I go to every now and then. All I can say is think twice before ordering online and if you do be prepared to be disappointed because I certainly was.

Definitely NOT ORDERING EVER AGAIN. Very dissapointing Seafood Basket, I totally agree with another review saying its substandard food, greasy to say the least, small fish portions and dry chips, only the tartar sauce was decent.

You couldn't ask for a better place to eat. Staff very light and fast service, the fish was cooked to perfection. The curry sauce I was advised to try I've never tasted anything like it and I have tried different types of curry sauce. Would definitely recommend you try.Food: 5/5
Very good fish, service a bit slow but overall worth it.
The seafood basket is rather disappointing - for £11.44 including chips the seafood portion is a little sad. Chips and curry sauce are pretty good though. I suggest best avoid their seafood basket and try something else.Recommended dishesChips
Spent over £55 on 4 lots of cod and chips 2 mushy peas 2 savoloys Not worth the money fish/cod was like a kid’s portion and cost £8 just for the piece of fish . They don’t do large cod anymore just charge one price for fish Not much in the box for you money. We was all still hungry after eating it as portion was so small This place has gone down hill I used to say it was best fish & chips in bristol. But Not any more. They won’t be seeing me again feel like I’ve been ripped off Very small portions for a big price Not happy Plus couldn’t hear yourself speak due to the loud music they was playing in there
