This is an excellent veterinary centre. I have been going to them for years now and I would not go anywhere else. I saw the vet this morning who for professionalism and thoroughness cannot be beaten, she was very kind and calm to my poor old cat who had a problem with her hip. Lovely reception staff too, friendly, polite and efficient. I was also delighted that they are open on saturday mornings which is brilliant.

We have been using Hopwood Vets for over 10 years. We were using them before they moved to their current location and often received excellent service. Our first dog had to be put to sleep at a young age and they were very supportive. We have since used them for our current dogs, one of which now has diabetes. We feel that they have been overcharging us for the insulin over the last few months, which has put is in a difficult financial situation. We are now finally looking to purchase online which will save us over £60 per month.

We now feel that they are more motivated by money (obviously they need to make a profit, every business does) than the animal care. If they purchase at a similar price to what we can get online, they are marking up by almost 350% - which is excessive.
